Draft Props to consider:

Quarterbacks Drafted in Round 1:

Over 3.5: -110
Under 3.5: -110

(Can also be 2.5 depending on where you look at a price like -160)

The 2025 NFL Draft quarterback class is shaping up to be an interesting one. Right now, Cam Ward (Miami), Shedeur Sanders (Colorado),2025 NFL Draft,NFL Draft, predictions, prop bets,Shedeur Sanders,Steelers,Top Picks,Odds,Top Overall Pick Odds,Draft Prop and Jaxson Dart (Ole Miss) are the headliners. All three are drawing serious attention, and that’s reflected in sportsbooks setting the over/under at 3.5 quarterbacks taken in the first round. But whether the total goes over or under is still very much up in the air.

A big wild card in that equation is Jalen Milroe from Alabama. Some scouts love his potential and think he could sneak into the first round, while others see him as more of a Day 2 guy. His draft stock seems to fluctuate depending on who you ask.

Teams like the Patriots, Raiders, and Broncos—all of which have clear needs at quarterback—will play a huge role in how this shakes out.

Take Eric Edholm’s latest mock draft as an example: he has the Giants bypassing a quarterback with the No. 3 overall pick and instead grabbing linebacker Abdul Carter. But then, later in the first round, he has New York taking Jalen Milroe. That would make Milroe the fourth quarterback off the board, which would push the total over 3.5. In Edholm’s mock, Cam Ward goes first overall to Tennessee, Shedeur Sanders lands with the Saints at No. 9, and the Steelers take Jaxson Dart at 21.

The bottom line is that things are still wide open, and all it takes is one surprise move to throw the whole draft into chaos.

Total SEC Players Drafted in Round One

2025 NFL Draft,NFL Draft,predictions,prop bets,Shedeur Sanders,Steelers,Top Picks,Odds,Top Overall Pick Odds,Draft PropOver 14.5 (-200)
Under 14.5 (+150)

Oddsmakers set the SEC first-round picks at 14.5, with LSU’s Will Campbell, Missouri’s Armand Membou, and Georgia’s Jalon Walker all likely to go in the top 10. The SEC had 11 first-round picks in 2024, but with Texas and Oklahoma added, the total could reach 14. In 2021, the SEC set a draft record with 16 first-round selections. DraftKings projects 15 SEC players for Day One, well ahead of the Big Ten’s 9.5.

Shedeur Sanders to the Steelers?

Currently, the Steelers are at pick #21 in this year’s draft, but right now at FanDuel Sportsbook, they are the favorite to draft him at +310 odds, indicating that they may move up to get him. The Giants and Browns are closely behind at +350 and +360, respectively. With rumors circulating that they may trade up, betting the Steelers to end up with Shedeur Sanders may not be a bad bet.
